Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition, with its original packaging and included accessories. Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email omnivibe144@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send items to the address on the shipping label or directly to the supplier without contacting us first.

Return shipping and fees

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost. Return destinations can vary by supplier, and an overseas return may be required. We will provide the destination and instructions before you send the item. Use tracked shipping and keep your receipt. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. You will not be charged return shipping for a confirmed supplier or fulfillment error; if a return is required, we will provide prepaid instructions.

Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. For an eligible change-of-mind return, we refund the amount paid for the returned item and applicable tax. Any separately paid original shipping charge is not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Free standard shipping is not deducted from your refund.

Exchanges and cancellations

For a different item or option, request a return and place a separate order. Contact us immediately if you want to cancel or change an order. We will try to help before dispatch; once shipped, the return process applies.

Exceptions and your rights

Gift cards are not returnable for cash except where required by law. Items damaged through misuse or normal wear are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
